July 27, 2018

LEHI, UT, July 27, 2018 —

In recent years, Vancouver has seen an increase in redevelopment. In particular, a significant mixed-use high-density project known as The Waterfront is underway. The project has the potential to change the dynamic of the entire city of Vancouver.  Density, business, redevelopment, and demographics are all set to change in a seemingly dramatic way.

Located in downtown Vancouver along the Columbia River, The Waterfront project will entail the following:

MASTER PLAN APPROVED

  • 20-block, 32-acre urban development

  • 1.25 million feet of available Class A creative office space

  • 250,000 feet of restaurant and retail space

  • 3,300 housing units

PHASE I

  • 40,000 square feet of restaurant space – Grant Street Pier

    • 5-6 signature restaurants

  • 45,000 square feet of ground floor retail – Shops on Waterfront Way

  • Approximately 270 apartment units

  • 138 room Hotel Indigo and 40 condominiums

  • The Waterfront park, 1/2-mile-long riverfront masterpiece

    • Grant Street Pier

    • Headwaters Wall – fountain

Greenscape has positioned itself to benefit from new development in Vancouver, with a new self-storage facility located only one mile from The Waterfront.  The multi-story Class “A” facility will feature institutional-grade construction with innovative design, and will cater well to the growing city of Vancouver.
