Garlick and Lee have a combined almost four decades of experience in real estate development, design, new construction, finance, leadership, project management, and business. Jay Richard Garlick - CEO
Jay Richard Garlick began his career in Real Estate in 1998. Garlick brings valuable experience to GDP in their current ventures in self-storage. Garlick has been doing feasibility and development work in self-storage since 2003. Garlick has done Master's work in Real Estate Development (MRED) and Planning (MCMP).
Garlick has a deep understanding of the development cycle beginning with feasibility, site selection, entitlement, finance, design, construction, and occupancy.

Justin Lee - COO
Justin Lee is a successful leader in business, real estate, and construction. Since 2000 he has overseen project construction of hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate. His projects have come from the private and public sectors. Lee's education is in construction management with an emphasis on commercial development. Lee has led large and small teams. Some of his teams have numbered in the hundreds. Lee has a passion for the satisfaction of a project well built and an eye for attention to detail.
Lee understands the need to work well with stakeholders and understand the needs and desires of a municipality and community. Lee is also passionate about environmentally friendly design and construction.
When Lee is not working at GDP he can be found on his 5000-acre farm/ranch in Southern Utah.
